Qué datos tratamos

Tu correo, nombre y apellidos, foto (si la subes), referencia de empleado (opcional), idioma y zona horaria; tus tipos de turno, turnos, patrones y notas; los grupos a los que perteneces, tus solicitudes de cambio y notificaciones. No tratamos datos de salud ni datos de pacientes: CUADRANTE gestiona turnos, no historias clínicas.

Para qué

Para prestarte el servicio: tu calendario, tus grupos, los cambios de turno y las estadísticas. Base legal: la ejecución del contrato (condiciones de uso) que aceptas al registrarte.

Qué ven tus grupos

Solo lo necesario para coordinar: tu nombre, foto, rol y los turnos que usan tipos del grupo. Tus turnos personales solo si activas «compartir» en ese grupo, y solo abreviatura y color. Tus notas y tu correo nunca se comparten. Los administradores del grupo ven además tu referencia de empleado y cualificaciones.

Dónde se guardan

En servidores propios de APICONS en la Unión Europea (Alemania). Copias de seguridad cifradas en tránsito en la Unión Europea (España).

Cuánto tiempo

Mientras tengas la cuenta. Si la eliminas desde Perfil → Mis datos, se borran tu perfil y tus turnos; queda solo un registro técnico mínimo de la baja. Las copias internas de deshacer guardan como mucho las 30 últimas operaciones.

Tus derechos

Acceso, rectificación, supresión, portabilidad (exportación JSON/CSV desde la app), limitación y oposición, escribiendo a accounts@apicons.es. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Condiciones de uso

CUADRANTE ayuda a organizar turnos, pero no garantiza por sí solo el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral ni sustituye las decisiones de la empresa: crear un grupo no convierte a nadie en empleador de sus miembros. Usa la app de forma lícita y no subas datos de terceros sin base para hacerlo.

Data we process

Your email, name, photo (if uploaded), employee reference (optional), language and time zone; your shift types, shifts, patterns and notes; your groups, exchange requests and notifications. We do not process health or patient data: CUADRANTE manages shifts, not medical records.

Purpose

To provide the service: your calendar, your groups, shift exchanges and statistics. Legal basis: performance of the contract (terms of use) you accept when signing up.

What your groups see

Only what is needed to coordinate: your name, photo, role and shifts that use the group’s types. Your personal shifts only if you enable “share” in that group, and only the abbreviation and colour. Your notes and email are never shared. Group administrators also see your employee reference and qualifications.

Advertising

The app shows Google AdMob ads. Google may use device identifiers to show and measure ads; in the European Economic Area we ask for your consent first, and you can change it at any time. More: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Where it is stored

On APICONS’ own servers in the European Union (Germany). Backups in the European Union (Spain).

How long

While you keep the account. If you delete it from Profile → My data, your profile and shifts are erased; only a minimal technical record of the deletion remains. Internal undo copies keep at most the last 30 operations.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability (JSON/CSV export in the app), restriction and objection, by writing to accounts@apicons.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Terms of use

CUADRANTE helps organise shifts but does not by itself guarantee labour-law compliance nor replace employer decisions: creating a group does not make anyone the employer of its members. Use the app lawfully and do not upload third-party data without a basis to do so.
